Acceptable Stay with Some Disappointments
squeaky floor issues needing addressing
The breakfast included an excellent selection, even offering a good cooked breakfast.
The room needed some serious attention. The floor was very squeaky, and there seemed to be issues that needed addressing (maintenance, I assume). I think they should remodel, or at least repaint soon.

This was my second stay. The swimming pool area was clean and the water was actually warm. A games area provided extra entertainment. Fistral Beach was only a five-minute walk from the hotel.
The hotel shows some signs of age.

amazing stay!
ample parking indoor pool
i really appreciated the plentiful free parking available. the breakfast was amazing!!! i also spent time at the indoor pool and table tennis area, it was great. the leisure centre impressed me.

great hotel experience
relaxed atmosphere supportive staff tranquil pool plentiful breakfast
i appreciated the hotel's relaxed atmosphere it. i was able to check in anytime after the festival due to the 24-hour reception the room proved very comfortable and featured a large shower in the bathroom i liked that the rooms were decorated in a modern way. the inclusive breakfast was a highlight it was fresh plentiful and hot i liked that the pool and games area were well kept and clean.
the floorboards on the bedroom and landing made slight squeaking noises i noticed this only minimally and it did not significantly affect my stay i found the stairs a little challenging to navigate.

the standard twin room included two comfortable twin beds the room also featured a tv and a small desk area i noticed the bathroom had ample counter space around the sink and good water pressure in the shower.

the breakfast buffet offered a selection of hot and cold items i had scrambled eggs sausage bacon and toast there was also a selection of cereals pastries and fruit juices i observed that the bistro sixty served meals with a sea view.

the pool was clean and well kept i noticed there were lounge chairs available to use i saw a games area that included a pool table and ping pong table i found parking spaces available on a first come first serve basis.

Good Stay Overall
helpful staff friendly staff quick service cooked menu
The reception and housekeeping staff was helpfull and friendly. I arrived early because of an injury to my leg, they prepared my room fast. They brought the key quickly and offered extra pillows for my leg. The breakfast had a considerable menu of cooked options. The overflow car park at the back helps if the spaces in the front are taken.
The hotel room was very warm and corridors was noisy. There was coach tour bookings and tourists made noise late. Parking was promised but none when we came, even rear carpark full.

The staff responded quickly to requests. They provided extra pillows when requested. Staff was lovely and very helpful and provided immediate assistance.

The swimming pool looked wonderful and super clean. Breakfast starts at 07:30, nice for early departures. The bar had a great selection of drinks and the pool was used a number of times.

The room had everything you needed and felt very comfortable. The room size was great and was very clean. The view overlooking the beach was perfect. The rooms are cleaned daily and are thoroughly checked.

The location of the hotel was awesome overlooking the beach. It is easy to walk to the beach and in to town. This hotel location is outside busy areas. It is still close to the coastline.
